On December 13, 2024, a solemn awarding ceremony was held in Moscow for the winners of the All-Russian Competition within the framework of the “100 Best Products of Russia” Program. The prizes were presented by the President of the International Public Organization “Academy of Quality Problems n.a. V.V. Boitsov” Grigorii Elkin and the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology Evgenii Lazarenko.
During the ceremony, which was attended by Deputy General Director of Volga JSC for relations with government authorities Valerii Iarmilko and Head of the Product Conformity Assessment Department of the Nizhny Novgorod Standardization, Metrology and Certification Center Aleksei Varakin, national companies that had achieved the best results in the manufacture of high-quality products and services were rewarded.
Volga Company became one of the awarded enterprises and received the highest “Innovation” award for manufacture of notebook cover paper (pulp colored) and a certificate for development of innovative activities in the region.
The Company was assessed based on several dozen characteristics. These include quality, technology, environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, and production safety. The final rating was also influenced by consumer reviews of finished products.
